What to set
Set your slicer to
- Nozzle: 230–270 °C (446–518 °F).
- Bed: 35–70 °C (95–158 °F).
- Print speed: up to 100 mm/s.
The maker did not list an enclosure or a hardened nozzle.
Will it work on a printer?
Yes, it works means the nozzle, the bed, and an enclosure all clear that printer. Works with a caveat means the full recommended range is out of reach. A missing essential check is not a yes.
Works on 20 of 23 printers we track.

Where these numbers come from
eSUN 3D TPE-95A (TPE) lists a nozzle temperature of 230–270 °C (446–518 °F) and a bed temperature of 35–70 °C (95–158 °F), drying at 60 °C (140 °F) for 5–7 h, and print speed up to 100 mm/s, from the eSUN TPE-95A TDS (https://www.esunchina.net/uploads/TPE-95A-TDS-CNV1.1.pdf), checked 2026-10-21.
Manufacturer page checked 21 October 2026. This record is not from the Open Filament Database. Manufacturer page checked 21 October 2026.
The TDS lists density as a range, 1.10–1.20 g/cm³, so no single density is recorded.
English official page https://www.esun3d.com/tpe-95a-product (HTTP 200) states 95A. Its specs are JS-rendered, so every printing value comes from the official eSUN China TDS (recommended printing parameters block): dry 60 °C (140 °F) for 5–7 h, nozzle 230–270 °C (446–518 °F), bed 35–70 °C (95–158 °F) on PEI, fan 100%, ≤100 mm/s, max flow 19 mm³/s (vase test).
The TDS asks for a fresh hotend, not one used for fibre-filled filament, and low-friction feeding such as a bearing spool holder or dryer box.
Press release (GlobeNewswire, 2026-10-21, https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2026/10/21/3385200/0/en/esun-unveils-tpe-95a-high-rebound-3d-printing-filament-with-up-to-58-rebound.html) claims, presented as eSUN claims: up to 58% rebound; vs TPU-95A, 93% higher rebound, faster printing and better wear; tough at -30 °C (-22 °F).
The TDS lists density 1.10–1.20 g/cm³, tensile strength 21 MPa (XY) and 8 MPa (Z), elongation ≥450% (XY) and ≥75% (Z), and DIN abrasion ≤40 mm³. Recommended nozzle on that sheet is 0.4 mm, bed surface PEI, fan 100%.
