# What filaments can the Creality K1, K2, and Ender-3 V3 print?

The K1 support page lists a 300 °C (572 °F) nozzle, a 100 °C (212 °F) bed, a hardened-steel nozzle, and PLA, TPU 95A, PA-CF, PLA-CF, PETG, and ABS. Creality's own pages do not agree for the original K1. The K1 comparison column lists a copper nozzle, a hotend it still describes as metal plus a Teflon tube, and Hyper PLA, PLA, PETG, TPU, and ABS, with no carbon fiber. Read the column for the machine you have.

Match the filament list on the Creality page for that model. The original Ender-3 is [a different hotend](/answers/ender_filament). Fiber fills and the nozzle they need are [carbon fiber](/answers/cf) and [nozzles](/answers/nozzle). The catalog's [K1C printer page](/printer/creality-k1c) is only the K1C record, verified 14 October 2026, at 300 °C (572 °F), a 100 °C (212 °F) bed, and a hardened steel tip.
## K1, where two Creality pages disagree

The [K1 support page](https://www.creality.com/support/creality-k1-3d-printer), read 25 October 2026, lists nozzle temperature 300 °C (572 °F), heatbed 100 °C (212 °F), nozzle material hardened steel, an all-metal hotend, a direct extruder, and filaments PLA, TPU 95A, PA-CF, PLA-CF, PETG, and ABS. The nozzle-diameter cell reads 标配0.4 mm.

The [K1 comparison column](https://www.creality.com/compare/compare-k1-flagship-series), read the same day, lists nozzle 300 °C (572 °F), heatbed 100 °C (212 °F), a copper nozzle, hotend material "Metal + Teflon Tube (Changing to All-metal Soon)", and filaments Hyper PLA, PLA, PETG, TPU, and ABS. It does not list PA-CF or PLA-CF. Both pages are Creality's.

On that same comparison page, K1C is a steel-tipped nozzle, all-metal hotend, 300 °C (572 °F), 100 °C (212 °F), and the filament line adds ABS, PLA-CF, PA-CF, and ASA to PLA, PETG, and TPU. The 300 × 300 × 300 mm column lists a copper nozzle at 300 °C (572 °F) and 100 °C (212 °F) and names PLA-CF, PA-CF, and PET-CF. K1 SE's column lists a steel-tipped nozzle, nozzle at most 300 °C (572 °F), bed at most 100 °C (212 °F), and Hyper PLA, PLA, PETG, and TPU.
## K2

The [K2 series page](https://www.creality.com/products/k2-series-3d-printer), read 25 October 2026, lists K2 at 300 °C (572 °F) and a 100 °C (212 °F) bed, filaments PLA, PETG, PET, ABS, and PLA-CF, and no chamber maximum. K2 Pro is 300 °C (572 °F), a 110 °C (230 °F) bed, a 60 °C (140 °F) chamber, and adds ASA, PA-CF, and PPA-CF. K2 Plus is 350 °C (662 °F), a 120 °C (248 °F) bed, and a 60 °C (140 °F) chamber, with that longer filament list. A footnote says a built-in RFID reader is on K2 Pro and K2 Plus only, and that automatic identification needs Creality RFID filament. Another footnote says ABS, ASA, and PPS want a 60 °C (140 °F) chamber, and PAHT-CF wants 50 °C (122 °F).

The [K2 Plus support page](https://www.creality.com/support/creality-k2-plus-cfs-combo) says hardened steel, 350 °C (662 °F), 120 °C (248 °F), and filaments PLA, PA-CF, ASA, PLA-CF, PETG, PET, PPA-CF, and ABS. TPU is not on that list. The series marketing line says the family has a hardened steel nozzle. The comparison table does not repeat a nozzle material for K2 or K2 Pro.
## Ender-3 V3

The [V3 comparison page](https://www.creality.com/compare/compare-ender-3-v3-series) lists Ender-3 V3 and Ender-3 V3 Plus at a nozzle of at most 300 °C (572 °F), with a tri-metal nozzle that has a hardened steel tip, and filaments PLA, PETG, ABS, PLA-CF, PETG-CF, and TPU 95A. It does not print a bed maximum in that block. [Ender-3 V3 KE support](https://www.creality.com/support/creality-ender-3-v3-ke) lists nozzle 300 °C (572 °F), heatbed 100 °C (212 °F), brass, and PLA, TPU 95A, ASA, PETG, and ABS. The KE comparison column names PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU 95A, and it does not name ASA. [Ender-3 V3 SE support](https://www.creality.com/support/creality-ender-3-v3-se) lists nozzle 260 °C (500 °F), heatbed 100 °C (212 °F), brass, and PLA, TPU 95A, and PETG.

[Creality PLA](/brand/creality/pla) is 190–230 °C (374–446 °F) and a 50–70 °C (122–158 °F) bed. [Creality PETG](/brand/creality/petg) is 220–250 °C (428–482 °F) and a 70–90 °C (158–194 °F) bed. [Creality PLA-CF](/brand/creality/pla-cf) is 190–230 °C (374–446 °F) and marks a hardened nozzle required. [Creality 95A TPU](/brand/creality/95a-tpu) is 210–240 °C (410–464 °F) and a 30–60 °C (86–140 °F) bed. Drying on these rows is Creality's wiki, checked 18 October 2026, stored as a material default: PLA 50–60 °C (122–140 °F) for 8 h, PETG 65 °C (149 °F) for 8 h, TPU 65–75 °C (149–167 °F) for 8 h.
## What the community says

[a Reddit thread in r/3Dprinting](https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/1dcj9z1/) prefers PLA for the part in question and tells the PETG user to dry and adjust retraction.

[a Reddit thread in r/3Dprinting](https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/1dcj9z1/): A comment says PETG is fussier than PLA.
